The chateau and its magnificent gardens have attained the status of French National Landmarks. Conveniently located between Tours and Le Mans, the chateau is close to two different train stations, and is about an hour by train from Paris or Charles de Gaulle airport. And while it is close to numerous other chateaux of the famed Loire Valley, many guests enjoy the pleasures of Chateau du Grand-Luce’ so much that they often choose not to venture beyond the walls with its beautiful gardens and woods!
